Add side-loading to Sell APIs

Support offers side-loading on various endpoints.  (Many thanks to Nathan Purcell for his post that taught me about side-loading.)

Please add side-loading to Sell endpoints.  We could eliminate thousands of calls to Core APIs if side-loading of user data related to deals, contacts and visits was available.
