Light Agents - Receive Email Notifications for newly created tickets?

Hello,

I am new to Zendesk, and was curious if it is possible for a Light Agent to receive email notifications for newly created tickets under an Organization or if that is ONLY available to agents? If this is not possible, can we increase the number of allowed agents beyond just 5?

How did you do this @이지훈 ? I tried this and it did not work.

Hi Champa,

You can utilize the action "Notify by > User email" and then select the light agent from the list.
