How to send JavaScript variable to Zendesk then read that var on Zendesk side?

Hello! We want to send a JavaScript variable from our web app to Zendesk. This variable will provide our customer support with more context to better help our customers. I was having difficulty finding the documentation for doing that with JavaScript. Do you think you could help with this please?

 

After we get our app sending the JavaScript variable to Zendesk, then there’s the question around what to do in the Zendesk Admin Center to receive that JavaScript variable.
