Use IOS SDK access messaging cannot display pictures or videos

We have connected to the IOS SDK, but the pictures cannot be displayed normally. Android is normal.

When I click on the video, the jump will be displayed

It seems like a permission issue? But I didn't enable safe download

How can I troubleshoot errors？

      Hello,
       
      It could be an access issue.  Is this when viewing a Help Center article?  Or a ticket comment attachment?  Also are you using authentication to set the user identity in your app?
