Hi Jona! The wrapper that you're referring to is related to our classic web widget API, which is different than what is being discussed here. To use structured messages, you need to be using the Chat Conversations API or Sunshine Conversations, both of which require more infrastructure than the web widget API allows for. You can read more about them here:

Hello there,

Please note that Structured messages are not supported int Chat SDKs with an exception:

  • There are two types of quick selection features on the Chat backend: Shortcuts and Quick Replies.
  • Both Chat v1 and Chat v2 support Shortcuts (Chat v2 as of v2.2.0/v2.7.0 on Android/iOS).
  • Quick Replies is a newer type of structured message. We never supported Quick Replies on any of the versions, including v1.
