Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk needs to have an alternative option for connecting emails, IMAP protocol.
Description/Use Cases: Our IMAP protocol is currently disabled in our organization due to security reasons. Therefore, we lost visibility in Sell to incoming email communications from leads and clients.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical for our business as we need our communication shown via Sell.
