Product Feedback: Limited capabilities of time filters Explore

Hello,
We are currently in need of an additional feature regarding time filters in Explore. What we need is to be able to select a time frame including the hours of the day. For example, being able to select From: 27th February 10:00am - 28th February 03:00am.
This will give us more control over what data we see on reports and get more insight on productivity.
This was brought up as a topic today by one of our teams, however it is not the first time that a team has requested for more in-depth time breakdown by hours.
There is no workaround we have thought of as of now.
Ideal solution would be to add an hour menu designated with a green line on below screenshot where we would be able to select a start and end hour.
