Issue symptoms
When I try to sign in to Zendesk, I see the error: Zendesk Support could not be loaded due to an error.
In the browser console and network logs, I may see 5xx errors.
Resolution steps
Antivirus or VPN tools can block access to required Zendesk resources and cause this error. Confirm whether affected agents still see the error when they connect from a device that doesn’t use these tools.
If users still have issues, contact Zendesk Customer Support and include an HTTP Archive (HAR) file from one affected user.
