How can I update my Support subscription to change plans, billing frequency, or agent count?
Only the account owner will have access to manage the subscription settings.
- Navigate to Admin ( ) > Settings > Subscription to access the billing page.
- Click Manage to update plan subscription. On this page, you can:
- Add or remove agents
- Change the plan type
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Manage Talk and Chat subscription
Note: A downgrade can only be executed upon renewal. If you are currently in the middle of a billing cycle, you may schedule to decrease your agent count or downgrade plan type to take effect on your next renewal date, but the system will not render these changes before that date.
