    This does not tell us what screen you need to be on to see the "Show all events" control... and I cannot locate it anywhere.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out! I think a screenshot would be pretty helpful to assist in finding the Events on a ticket or Show all events, as it is referred to above. That being said, I have provided a screenshot of a sample ticket below. Underneath the comment box, you can find a dropdown field that shows Conversations by default but clicking on that will show you the Events view.
