Why don't I have the option to add custom ticket fields to the Web Widget?
You need to create custom ticket fields before you can add them to your Web Widget (see the article: Adding a custom ticket field). For a custom field to be available to add to your widget:
- It must be Editable for end users.
- It can't be a regex, credit card, date, or multi-select custom field type.
