Is it possible to create bulk tickets to send out to my customers?
Although there is no native way to do this with the Support default functionality, it is possible through Customer Lists and the API:
For accounts on Enterprise or Professional (with Customer Lists add-on)
If you are using the Customer Lists feature, you may pursue the following options:
For accounts on Essential, Team, and Professional (without Customer Lists add-on)
Without the use of Customer Lists, your option for bulk creating tickets is through the use of our 'Create Many Tickets' endpoint on our Core API.
