How can I change the order of my ticket fields?
Ticket fields can be reordered, on all Support plans, by navigating to Admin icon () > Manage > Ticket Forms. On this page you will have the ability to change the order that ticket fields are displayed on ticket forms, by using the click and drag method. This will allow you to click on any field and manually drag it to the position that you would like it to appear on the form. This feature is the result of a recent update and the ability to use the "Reorder" option on the ticket fields page has been removed.
The custom fields will move around in the order that you have placed them, but they are always below the system fields. When viewing a ticket on your instance, Assignee, Brand, CC, Form and Tags will still be on top of the custom fields.
