Can I edit my articles URLs?
No, it is not possible to edit Help Center articles' URLs as they are automatically generated by the system.
Currently Help Center has a simple URL structure that leads to better crawling of your Knowledge Base and Community by search engines like Google. Help Center URLs contain both an ID and a slug. The ID is generated automatically and changes for each created article.
The slug is the actual article title, which may change if you update the title of your content.
This structure allows you to link to your articles and should the title change, the system will still be able to find the content based on the ID.
