Is there a way to do this from the query builder itself, rather than cloning it from the query list?

    Hey Alexis,

If you select the drop-down icon next to the Save button within the query you should see the option to clone.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Brett,

If I select the drop-down icon next the save button within the query, I get the options Save, Add to Dashboard, Save as New and Export. Clicking Save on New creates a copy of the query immediately, with no way to rename it until you enter into each separately query separately after it's creation, and the the only way to distinguish between them being the timestamp.

I see this causing confusion down the track for some users.

    Hey Janaya,

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us! I can see how this can be a bit confusing so I'll be sure to pass this feedback along to our Product Managers!

Our business uses the same reports across multiple customers with subtle differences like organization ID etc. There should be a way to mass clone queries we have already built without having to to them one by one. So long as we are cloning them to the same dataset, I fail to see why this isn't a feature.

    Hello Pavel Grozev

So natively, this is not possible in Explore. I would recommend posting your use can in the Product feedback forums so our developers can consider implementing this in a future update. Let us know if there is anything else we can assist with. I'll also be sure to add this to our weekly digest in case the community knows of a workaround.

    Best regards.
