Zendesk utilizes a testing platform called Webassessor which was created by a company called Kryterion. Depending on the exam, you will have the option to test online, using a combination of biometric software and one-on-one proctoring, or on-site, through a network of 900+ worldwide testing centers.
Zendesk allows the use of either an external camera or your built-in, internal computer camera. To get a better feel for the online testing experience and/or to test your equipment, please leverage Kryterion's online testing guide. This guide contains chat, talk and email support options should you run into any issues getting set-up to test online.
Zendesk exam pricing varies. Please have a look at the applicable exam training page to see pricing details:
You will receive a pass/fail notification immediately after completing the exam. You will also receive topic level feedback on your exam performance.
If you do not pass the exam, you will be able to purchase and retake the exam after a 15-day waiting period.
Exam fees are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment for a proctored test in a Testing Center, and up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for an online-proctored test. Simply log into your Webassessor account to make the changes necessary. Any cancellations or reschedules after 72 and 24 hours respectively, will incur an additional fee.
When you pass the exam, you’ll receive a certificate and access to a Zendesk certified logo set that you can use on social media, your email footer, business cards and anywhere else you like! If you want to verify a person's Zendesk certification please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
