Can I use an email alias, or multiple emails, with Zendesk Sell?

    Licensed Sell User =

    Scenario: Joe receives an email sent to the alias, Joe replies from AND copies himself at

    Wouldn't that email be captured in the Lead, Contact, or Deal cards?

    Hi René,

    Thanks for your question, I'm happy to answer. Yes, the workaround you proposed would, in fact, work :-)

    However, please know that although Sell doesn't support email aliases, if your emails are all stored in the same mailbox (both sent/received from the regular email and your email alias) Sell will be able to show you all of these emails, regardless of their origin.

    The "doesn't support email aliases" statement relates to not being able to send out emails from Sell using an email alias. You can only send out an email using the one integrated email address.
