Does Zendesk Sell support email aliases? Can I integrate multiple email addresses in my settings?
Answer
Zendesk Sell does not support email aliases or multiple email addresses. Users can integrate one core email account for sending and receiving emails through Sell.

Possible workaround ...
Email Alias = info@xxx.com
Licensed Sell User = joe@xxx.com
Scenario: Joe receives an email sent to the alias info@xxx.com, Joe replies from info@xxx.com AND copies himself at joe@xxx.com
Wouldn't that email be captured in the Lead, Contact, or Deal cards?

Thanks for your question, I'm happy to answer. Yes, the workaround you proposed would, in fact, work :-)
However, please know that although Sell doesn't support email aliases, if your emails are all stored in the same mailbox (both sent/received from the regular email and your email alias) Sell will be able to show you all of these emails, regardless of their origin.
The "doesn't support email aliases" statement relates to not being able to send out emails from Sell using an email alias. You can only send out an email using the one integrated email address.

Is the recommended email setup that each user has their own email account, or can you use one sales email account between all users?
Hi William,
While it is possible to sync one email address with multiple users, we don't support this workflow as you might see some issues with multiple users syncing to the same email account. We recommend each user integrating their Sell account with their own unique email address.
