If I downgrade my plan level to one that does not include IVR, are my IVR recordings lost or can I recover them?
Answer
Your IVR recordings are not lost. The system will automatically recover the IVR recordings when you return to a plan level that includes IVR phone trees. The requirement is to have Support Team or above and Talk Professional or Enterprise. See more on plan levels and features on our Talk pricing page.
