Question
What are the different credits available for Reach?
Answer
When an admin adds Reach to your subscription, each user is provided a specific allotment of credits depending on your plan level.
The main difference between prospecting and enrichment credits is that you must already know some information about the person or company in order to use an enrichment credit, while a prospecting credit is used to search and add new information to your account. In other words, an enrichment credit is used to enrich existing data, while a prospecting credit helps you find potential prospects to add to your account.

Tip: A Reach subscription can also include a specific number of active sequence enrollments that are used to send automated scheduled emails.
