Why am I not receiving scheduled dashboard emails?

I have scheduled a dashboard to be sent every week but my users are not receiving my email. What can I do?

There are a couple of points you can check that may help you understand what happened to the scheduled emails.

• Sometimes automatic emails get stuck in the spam filters of your recipients. Make sure they double-check the spam folder of their inbox.
• In your dashboard, click Deliver and confirm the frequency used is the one you intended.
• Scheduled deliveries have an email attachment limit of 20 MB. If the total attachment size exceeds 20 MB, the email won’t be delivered. To avoid hitting this limit when scheduling large dashboards, refrain from using both Image and PDF formats at the same time.

Note: It is not possible to schedule dashboard deliveries to light agents.
