I can find a list of the 1000 last bans in my Chat account, but I can only see the visitor's IP and the reason for banning it.
Where can I get a more detailed list of my account's banned visitors?

To get a more comprehensive list of all the visitors banned in your account, use the API end-point Bans. This end-point gives a detailed breakdown of all the banned chats of your account including the Visitor ID, Visitor Name, IP address, and Reason for the ban. See the example image below.
