Can I configure a trigger to auto-comment on a ticket?

Yes, you can create a trigger that automatically adds a public comment or an internal note to a submitted ticket when it meets certain conditions. See Add comments and notes to tickets with triggers.

Important: Webhooks for Zendesk APIs aren't supported as a workaround to add comments to tickets automatically. This action can result in race conditions and other conflicts. See Can I use a trigger and a webhook to update tickets?
