I noticed that outbound emails from my account contain Your Company Name
in parentheses after my agents' names.
How can this be removed or updated?
Answer
You cannot remove this text. However, you can update it in the Branding page under Your Zendesk account name. If your account includes multiple brands, then the brand name will display instead of the account name.

It's a shame as with external customer Intergrations we find that this branding creates duplicate tickets for the supplier would love to know if these is an app out there that helps with this

As what have been mentioned above, it's not possible to remove it. I have tried to search for apps that have the capability but I have not found anything on the Marketplace.
