Question

I noticed that outbound emails from my account contain Your Company Name in parentheses after my agents' names.

How can this be removed or updated?

Answer

You cannot remove this text. However, you can update it in the Branding page under Your Zendesk account name. If your account includes multiple brands, then the brand name will display instead of the account name.
