How can I set my timezone for the Chat analytics and operating hours in the dashboard?
Answer
If you use live chat with the Agent Workspace turned off, change the time zone for your account in the Chat dashboard.
To set your time zone for Zendesk Chat:
- Sign in to the Chat dashboard
- Click Settings in the left sidebar, then click Account
- Go to the Timezone tab
- In the Timezone section, click the dropdown and select a time zone
Click Save Changes
Note: This applies to the whole account.
