Question
How can I set my timezone for the Chat analytics and operating hours in the dashboard?
Answer
- Log in to the Chat dashboard.
- Under Settings on the left panel, click Account.
- Click Timezone tab and then set your timezone in the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: This applies to the whole account.

Does this also apply to the Zendesk EXPLORE Chat reporting? Or is Explore Chat reporting in GMT regardless of the timezone in the Chat Dashboard setting?
