How do I add or upload a new greeting for Talk? Can I add a custom wait message while customers are in the queue?

Answer

To add a new greeting

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Channels > Talk and email > Talk > go to Greetings tab then select Add greeting.
  2. There are two ways to add a new greeting:
    • Upload an existing MP3 or Wav (10MB max) file from your computer.
    • Record a new greeting directly in the interface.
