Is there a way to search for tickets to see whether they have a ticket type set up?
Answer
You can search for tickets with empty ticket type values by using the minus sign - in the search field followed by this string: -ticket_type:
Select the search icon, enter the text above, and select Tickets.
This search string returns all the tickets without a ticket type field. For more information, see the article: Using Zendesk Support advanced search.
