I deleted a user but am still being charged for their seat. Why did my subscription not update when I removed a person from my account?
Answer
Deleting users from Zendesk Sell under Manage Users does not automatically change the number of seats on your account subscription.
To downgrade the number of users of your account go to Settings > Upgrade > Plans and Pricing and click Remove under the Seats box. Input the number of seats you would like to remove from your account. Once you have downgraded the number of seats, your account will be scheduled to be charged for the lower number of seats at the end of your billing cycle.
Note: If you add a new user to your Sell account they will automatically be assigned to an empty seat if there is one available. If there are no vacant seats available a new seat will be created.
