Can views be refreshed automatically?
Answer
Views don't automatically refresh in Support however, you can use the options below:
- You can utilize third-party apps to automatically refresh your browser session in the Chrome store. Those apps are not supported by Zendesk.
- Another solution is to click from one view into another, which causes all the views to refresh.
- You can also use the refresh button to manually refresh views.
When your agents use Play mode, views are refreshed every five minutes to make sure new tickets at the top of the view are addressed quickly.
