How do I increase my API rate limit?

Yes, you can increase the API rate limit per minute in two ways:

  • Upgrade your Support subscription to a higher plan
  • If you're on the Zendesk Suite Growth plan or above, purchase the High volume API add-on. This increases your rate limit to 2,500 requests per minute.
