I need my apps to make more calls to the Zendesk API per minute. How can I increase my API rate limit?

Answer

You can increase your plan's API rate limit per minute in two ways:

  • Upgrade your Support subscription to a higher pricing plan.
  • If you are on the Zendesk Suite Growth plan or above, purchase the High volume API add-on. This increases your rate limit to 2,500 requests per minute.
