How do I update my subscription to change plans, change billing frequency, add products, or add and remove agents?

Account owners have full billing access, and billing admins are able to make immediate subscription changes. For detailed instructions on updating plan subscriptions, see Changing plan subscriptions.

If you are an admin without billing permissions on a sales-assisted account, submit a request to change your subscription.

To submit a request to change your subscription:

  1. In Admin Center, go to Billing > Subscription
  2. Click Request subscription change
  3. Fill out the request form:
    - Describe the change needed
    - Provide business justification
    - Include timeline requirements 
  4. Submit the request

After the subscription change is complete, you receive an email confirmation.

Note: You can only downgrade a plan upon renewal. If you are currently in the middle of a billing cycle, you may schedule a decrease in your agent count or downgrade your plan type to take effect on your next renewal date.
