If I downgrade my plan level to one that does not include IVR, are my IVR recordings lost or can I recover them?
Answer
Your IVR recordings are not lost. The system will automatically recover the IVR recordings when you return to a plan level that includes IVR phone trees. The requirement is to have a Support Team subscription or above and Talk Professional or Enterprise. See more on plan levels and features on our Talk pricing page.
