If I manage multiple Zendesk accounts and use the same email domain for support addresses across those accounts, can I multiple TXT records be configured on the same domain?

Yes. If you have multiple Zendesk accounts, you can add individual TXT records to your DNS server for each account that uses the same email domain.
Add a TXT record to your DNS server for each account you manage. Each record has the same name (zendeskverification

Examining your TXT records
