Why can’t I find the Turn off Chat widget option on my Zendesk Chat settings?
Answer
If you have a Chat Phase 3 or Phase 4 account, the Turn off Chat widget option is not available.
The feature that allows you to hide the widget is only available to Legacy Chat accounts that are not integrated with Support. To see which version your account is, see the article: Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.
