Is there a dark mode for Zendesk Support?

Answer

There is no standard dark mode for Support on desktop. Instead, use a third-party extensions such as Zendesk Dark Mode Theme available in Chrome. For more information, see the article: Installing and configuring the Zendesk Support mobile app.

The Zendesk Support mobile app for iOS and Android does support dark mode, enabling agents to switch to it in the new agent experience.
