Is there a dark mode for Zendesk Support?
Answer
Yes, dark mode in Support is currently in an Early Access Program (EAP). You can sign up for the EAP when you activate dark mode for your account.
The Zendesk Support mobile app for iOS and Android also supports dark mode, enabling agents to switch to it in the new agent experience. For more information, see the article: Installing and configuring the Zendesk Support mobile app.
