Is it possible to report on app usage with Zendesk Explore?
Answer
You can report on apps developed by Zendesk in Explore such as the Time Tracking app. For more information, see the article: Time Tracking app - Metrics you need to be measuring.
Explore is unable to report on third-party apps unless the app is applying a tag or a custom field to the ticket. To learn more about creating a report to view tags and custom fields applied by an app, refer to these articles: Reporting with tags and Reporting with custom fields.

There are alot of Apps that Zendesk develops. What dataset do we use? For example, we are wanting to look at a report of who used the Zendesk owned mobile app
