What happens when my Explore trial expires? Do I lose access to my custom dashboards and reports? Will my custom reports built during my trial be lost upon expiration?
Answer
When your Explore trial ends, there are two options for continuing to use Explore:
- Remain on Explore Professional
- Downgrade to Explore Lite, which does not include custom reports or dashboards
If you decide to downgrade to Explore Lite, any custom dashboards or reports created during the trial become inaccessible. To regain access to these customizations, upgrade to Explore Professional in the future. For more information, see the article: Explore FAQ: General, activation, and billing.
