Can I purchase Reach for only a few agents on my account? Can one person use all the Reach credits on the account?
The Reach feature is purchased per seat with the intention that credits will be shared across users on the account. After you are charged for your Reach subscription and the credits are applied to your account, one user can use all the purchased credits. Additionally, you can restrict Reach credit access to admins only.
The prospecting and enrichment features include a specific number of credits per user per month. That means that once you use all of your purchased prospecting and enrichment credits, they are gone for that month. However, the sequence feature includes a specific amount of active enrollments per user per month. If you unenroll someone from a sequence, another spot becomes available to use for the month.
