Can I remove agents from the legend when not shown in the report?

Is there a way to remove agents' names from the legend when they are not shown in the report at that time? Sometimes when I filter for a certain date range, only some agents have data, but all agents are shown on the legend. 

Answer

It is not possible to change the legend dynamically to automatically hide agents that aren't currently present in the chart data. The legend shows all the agents that you included in the report, even if there is no data for them in the current timeframe.

You can manually exclude agents from the entire report. If you find that there are some agents that you never want to see in the report, you can filter out those agents from the report entirely. To remove agents from the report entirely, add a filter with the agent name attribute and Exclude any agents you do not want to see.
