I cannot enable Chat for new agents and am being told we do not have enough licenses.
If you are trying to enable new agents in Chat and are being prompted with a message indicating that there are no seats available this could be due to all licenses on the subscription being used or the subscription was recently updated and there has been a lapse in the refresh.
The account owner can see within the account the number of licenses used and licenses associated with the subscription. For more information, see the article: Viewing and managing plan subscriptions. If you have recently upgraded your subscription and the upgrade is not reflecting the upgrade, contact Zendesk Customer Support for assistance.
