Are shared email addresses supported in Sell?
Answer
Shared mailboxes are not supported in Sell. By utilizing a shared mailbox workflow, data about individual users becomes less accurate.

Having shared inboxes to receive inbound requests would be incredibly useful. It's a major pain point that currently Zendesk Sell doesn't (seem?) to support a workflow of assigning inquiries to specific sales people if the inquiry is sent to a generic sales@XXXX.com
