I am viewing the Tickets created by month/year report on the Zendesk Support default dashboard in Explore. Why don't I see the most recent month's data on the report?
The report Tickets created by month/year is set to the last completed month to avoid dramatic drop-offs in data and a skewed visual in the report. Once the month is complete you will be able to see that month's specific data point in the report.
