Can I connect my contact form with Zendesk?

To integrate the contact form on your website with Zendesk, use the API. For an example, see the article: Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API. The Developer API Reference documentation contains examples for creating requests using the API.
Custom ticket fields need to be created to store the data, that your customers submit in the form. For more information, see the article: Adding custom fields to your tickets and support request form.
Tip: If you don’t have a form, the Guide help center offers a ticket form by default that your end users can use to submit a request, and if you need more than one, use multiple ticket forms.
If you want to embed customer service on your site, your customers can get help and search for answers through the Web Widget (Classic).
