Why don't I have the option to add custom ticket fields to the Web Widget (Classic)?
Answer
You need to create custom ticket fields before you can add them to your Web Widget (Classic). For a custom field to be available to add to your widget:
- It must be Editable for end users.
- It can't be a regex, credit card, date, or multi-select custom field type.

Note: If you only have a custom credit card, regex, or date field, the option to add a custom field to your Web Widget (Classic) will not show up at all.
