Why do I see the Get started option in my Zendesk Support account home page?
Answer
In Support, when you’ve completed all the basic configuration steps and tutorials under Get started, the option to revisit this tab will remain. New admins who join your account can use the tutorials to learn about how Zendesk features work.
As long as you have a paid Zendesk plan, your account should show you the Dashboard tab first, with the option to click into Get started.
