Can I share email templates with my team?

Email templates are available on the Sell Professional plan and above.
- If you are not an admin on the account, email templates are created individually for personal use only. For more information, see the article: Creating a personal email template.
- Admins can set up email templates for leads and contacts that can be accessed by all users on the account. For more information, see the article: Creating and editing email templates.
Note: Sharing email templates is not supported on mobile devices.
If you are not on the appropriate plan, the current workaround for a Sell user is to copy and paste your template and send that information to your team members so that they can create the template in their own account.
Tip: Enable the Sales Engagement Tools (Reach) feature to use shared email templates for email sequencing. An admin can create email templates for all users on the account to send scheduled outreach emails to leads and contacts. For more information, see the article: Applying email templates.

As an admin, do I have the ability to see the personal templates created by my team? If no, why not? If yes, please inform me where to find it.

As of the moment, there is no native way for an Admin to view personal email templates in Sell. However, we understand your need for this functionality so I am marking this conversation as Product Feedback.
