I just created a new ticket field but I do not see it on the ticket form. What went wrong?
If you just added the ticket field, you may need to refresh your page in order to see the changes.
If your plan supports multiple ticket forms make sure that you have added the ticket field to the appropriate form. For more information about how to add fields to your forms, see the article: Creating ticket forms to support multiple request types.
I've created a ticker field and it is added to the correct ticket form; however, I am still unable to add any conditions to the field even after refreshing and logging out of ZD.
