Why can't I see the Zendesk Guide dashboard in the Dashboards library?
Answer
There are five different Guide-related datasets available in Explore:
- Knowledge Base tab
- Search tab
- Knowledge Capture tab
- Team Publishing tab (Guide Enterprise only)
- Community tab
If the account doesn't have these features enabled, the Guide dashboard won't be present in the dashboard's library.
